Welcome to IconWave, the online vehicle rental booking platform operated by IconWave Car Rentals ("IconWave," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the IconWave website and all services provided through it.
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or making a booking through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Hold a valid driver's licence before renting a vehicle.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Vehicle Reservations
Bookings made through the IconWave website are subject to:
- Vehicle availability.
- Verification of customer information.
- Confirmation by IconWave Car Rentals.
- Successful payment or approval of the selected payment option.
A reservation is confirmed only after a confirmation email has been sent.
4. Payments
Payments may be made using approved electronic payment methods or cash where available.
Customers choosing cash payment must pay the agreed rental amount when collecting the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
IconWave Car Rentals reserves the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees where applicable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious software.
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the IconWave website, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the property of IconWave Car Rentals unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
8. Availability
While we strive to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IconWave Car Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Jamaica.
